By popular demand we’ve managed to secure another great deal at Potters but this time at Five Lakes Resort near Maldon in Essex. For some of you the set-up will be familiar, although there have been upgrades to rooms and facilities since our last visit. For those of you who enjoyed the Festive Weekend last November at Hopton, you will find the hotel Premium Plus and Premium deluxe rooms we have reserved, a big improvement.
There will be plenty to do with indoor and outdoor activities and, once again this is a full-board, drinks-inclusive event. As the nights will be closing in but clocks won’t yet have gone back, we hope that the weather will still enable many outdoor as well as indoor activities and that the date and venue will appeal and enable many to get together before preparing for Christmas.

Accommodation
We have reserved Premium Hotel Rooms, with your choice of them being set as a double or twin. Some have shower only and some have a bath with shower over.
It may also be possible to book a few Premium Plus and Premium Deluxe Rooms but these each carry a supplement of £10.00 per person per night.
The Premium Rooms can be single occupancy at a supplementary cost of £100 but we are limited to one single occupancy room for every 10 rooms booked.
Payment
Your booking form and deposit of £60.00 per person must be received before Monday 24th March 2025. This will include the mandatory £10.00 per person Potters Cancellation Protection cover.
Final payment will be required approximately 12 weeks prior to the event. We will email you with the details when Potters notify us.
If we do not reach the minimum of 22 people required to obtain these prices we may be still be able to run with a smaller number but the prices will be higher.
Note: The price quoted on the booking form and in your confirmation email is for the initial deposit only.
